Michael P. O'Connor

Michael is a partner at O'Connor, Acciani & Levy, having created the firm in 1992. He practices in the area of Criminal Justice.

Michael graduated from the University of Tulane in 1977 (B.A.) and the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1979.

He was admitted to the State Bar of Ohio in 1979. Michael is admitted to practice in the Ohio Supreme Court and the United States District Court- Southern District of Ohio.

Michael was born in Denver, Colorado.
He is married with five children.

Henry D. Acciani

Henry is a partner at O'Connor, Acciani & Levy, having created the firm in 1992. He practices in the areas of Personal Injury, Debt Reorganization and Bankruptcy, Social Security, and Estates and Probate.

Henry graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1972 (B.A.) and Northern Kentucky University College of Law in 1979.

He was admitted to the State Bar of Ohio in 1979. He is admitted to practice in the Ohio Supreme Court and the United States District Court Southern District of Ohio.

Henry is a member of UCATS, University of Cincinnati Alumni Organization, Chase College of Law Alumni Organization, St. Bartholomew Parish, American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Cincinnati Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Ohio Association for Justice, Hamilton County Trial Lawyers Association, and he is a Master of the Potter Stewart American Inn of Court.

Henry was born in New Jersey.
He is married with four children.

Barry D. Levy

Barry is a partner at O'Connor, Acciani & Levy, having joined the firm in 1992. He practices in the area of Personal Injury.

Barry graduated from Ohio State University (B.A.) in 1972 and Capital University Law School in 1976.

He was admitted to the State Bar of Ohio in 1976. He is admitted to practice in the Ohio Supreme Court, United States District Court Southern District of Ohio, and the United States District Court of Kentucky, Eastern District.

Barry is a member the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Cincinnati Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. He is a trustee with the Ohio Association for Justice and the Hamilton County Trial Lawyers Association and is a Master of the Potter Stewart American Inn of Court. He is a former trustee with Ohio Association for Justice and the former editor of the HCTLA newsletter.

Eric P. Allen

Eric is a partner at O'Connor, Acciani & Levy, having joined the firm in 1993. He practices in the areas of Personal Injury, Social Security, and Workers’ Compensation.

Eric graduated from Ohio University in 1984 (B.A.) and the University of Toledo College of Law in 1987.

He was admitted to the State Bar of Ohio in 1989 and the State Bar of Kentucky in 2002. Eric is admitted to practice in the Ohio Supreme Court, the United States District Court Southern District of Ohio, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Kentucky Supreme Court.

Eric is a member of the American Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Ohio Association for Justice, the Hamilton County Trial Lawyers Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and he is a Barrister of the Potter Stewart American Inn of Court.

Eric was born in Columbus, Ohio.

Jayma C. Bagliore

Jayma is an associate at O'Connor, Acciani & Levy, having joined the firm in 1992. She practices in the area of Bankruptcy.

Jayma graduated from Ohio State University in 1976 (B.A.) and the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1980.

She was admitted to the State Bar of Ohio in 1980 and the State Bar of Kentucky in 1988. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court Southern District of Ohio and United States District Court of Kentucky, Eastern District.

Jayma is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Bankruptcy Committee.

Ronald T. Bella

Ron joined O'Connor, Acciani & Levy in 2004. He practices in the area of Ohio Workers' Compensation Law, and Personal Injury Law. He is recognized by the Ohio State Bar Association for his knowledge in Ohio Workers' Compensation .

Ron graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1976 (B.B.A), and the University of Dayton School of Law in 1979 (J.D.). He was admitted to the State Bar of Ohio in 1979, and is admitted to practice before all Ohio state courts, including the Ohio Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Ron is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Ohio Association for Justice and Hamilton County Trial Lawyers Association.

He is married with two children.

Robert A. Burke

Bob joined O’Connor Acciani & Levy in 2009.

Bob graduated from the University of Scranton with a BS in Psychology and the University of Dayton Law School. In addition, he received an LLM from Capital University Law School.

Bob was admitted to the state bars of Ohio (1979), Kentucky (1996), New York (1986) and Pennsylvania (1981). In addition, he is admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court, Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio, U.S. District Court of Kentucky Eastern District.

Bob is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, Butler County Bar Association, Dayton Bar Association, Northern Kentucky Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, Kentucky Academy of Trial Lawyers, Southwest Association of Trial Lawyers, a Master of the Potter Stewart American Inns of Court, and a member of the Certified Grievance Committee for the Dayton Bar Association.

Rick J. Enriquez

Rick is an associate at O'Connor, Acciani & Levy, having joined the firm in 2007. He practices in the area of Bankruptcy.

Rick graduated from San Jose State University in 1984 (B.A.) and Case Western Reserve University in 1987.

He was admitted to the State Bar of Ohio in 1987 and the Washington State Bar in 1995. He is also admitted to the United States District Court Southern District of Ohio, the United States District Court Northern District of Ohio, and the United States Tax Court.

Rick is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Bankruptcy Committee.
He is married with one child.

Robert E. Hof

Bob joined O'Connor, Acciani & Levy as an associate in 2010. He practices in the area of Workers' Compensation Law.

Bob graduated from Bowling Green State University in 1983 (B.A.) and The University of Toledo College of Law (cum laude) in 1992.

He was admitted to the State Bar of Ohio in 1992 and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court Southern District of Ohio.

Bob is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cincinnati Bar Association.

Alissa J. Magenheim

Alissa joined O’Connor, Acciani & Levy as an associate in 2004. She practices in the areas of Product Liability, Personal Injury, Nursing Home Negligence and Labor & Employment Law.

Alissa graduated from the University of Rochester in New York in 1987 (B.A.) and Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1990.

Alissa was admitted to the California State Bar in 1990, the North Carolina State Bar in 2002, and the Ohio State Bar in 2004. She is admitted to practice before the United States District Court in the Southern District of California the Middle District of North Carolina, and the Southern District of Ohio.

Alissa is a member of the Hamilton County Trial Lawyers Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Ohio Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, the Cincinnati Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and she is a Barrister of the Potter Stewart American Inn of Court.

Dennis C. Mahoney

Dennis is a partner with O'Connor, Acciani & Levy and has been associated with the firm since 1992. He practices in the area of Personal Injury.

Dennis graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1980 (B.B.A.) and the Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 1990.

He was admitted to the State Bar of Ohio in 1990 and the State Bar of Kentucky in 1991. Dennis is admitted to practice in the Ohio Supreme Court, the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the United States District Court Southern District of Ohio, and the United States District Court of Kentucky, Eastern District.

Shoshana R. Pehowic

Shoshana is an associate at O’Connor, Acciani & Levy, having joined the firm in 2008. She practices in the area of Social Security.

Shoshana graduated from The Ohio State University in 1998 (B.A.) and from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2001.

She was admitted to the State Bar of Ohio in 2002. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court Southern District of Ohio.

Kory A. Veletean

Gayle P. Vojtush

Gayle is an associate with O'Connor, Acciani & Levy, having joined the firm in 2003. She practices primarily in the areas of Personal Injury and Social Security Disability.

Gayle graduated from the University of Akron (B.S.) in 1986 and the Cleveland State University Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1989.
