Barry is a partner at O’Connor, Acciani & Levy, having joined the firm in 1992. He practices in the area of Personal Injury.
Barry graduated from Ohio State University (B.A.) in 1972 and Capital University Law School in 1976 Cum Laude.
He was admitted to the State Bar of Ohio in 1976. He is admitted to practice in the Ohio Supreme Court, United States District Court Southern District of Ohio, and the United States District Court , Eastern District of Kentucky.
Barry is a member the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Cincinnati Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. He is a former trustee with the Ohio Association for Justice and the Hamilton County Trial Lawyers Association and is a Master of the Potter Stewart American Inn of Court.
Barry is a certified civil trial advocate in the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He has been named an Ohio Super Lawyer in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011.
