Dennis is a partner with O’Connor, Acciani & Levy and has been associated with the firm since 1992. He practices in the area of Personal Injury.
Dennis graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1980 (B.B.A.) and the Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 1990.
Dennis is a former Hamilton County Probation Officer and a current member of the Fraternal Order of Police.
He was admitted to the State Bar of Ohio in 1990 and the State Bar of Kentucky in 1991. Dennis is admitted to practice in the Ohio Supreme Court, the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the United States District Court Southern District of Ohio, and the United States District Court of Kentucky, Eastern District.
Dennis is a member of the American Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association, Kentucky Justice Association, Ohio Association for Justice, Ohio State Bar Association, Southwest Ohio Trial Lawyers Association, Fraternal Order of Eagles, Northern Kentucky Bar Association, Former Member of Cheviot Police Association, the Hamilton County Republican Club, Sons of the American Legion, American Association for Justice, and he is a Barrister of the Potter Stewart American Inn of Court. Over the years, Dennis has coached sports, participated in singing with his community and at his church affiliations.
Dennis has been a presenter at continuing legal education seminars and has contributed to legal publications.
He is married to Kim since 1980 and has two daughters and two granddaughters.
Dennis was born in Cincinnati, Ohio. His father Charles retired as a bailiff to the Honorable Mark Painter. Dennis has a brother and 3 sisters living in the Greater Cincinnati Area.
