Eric is a partner at O’Connor, Acciani & Levy, having joined the firm in 1993. He practices in the areas of Personal Injury, Social Security, and Workers’ Compensation.
Eric graduated from Ohio University in 1984 (B.A.) and the University of Toledo College of Law in 1987. He was admitted to the State Bar of Ohio in 1989 and the State Bar of Kentucky in 2002. Eric is admitted to practice in the Ohio Supreme Court, the United States District Court Southern District of Ohio, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Kentucky Supreme Court.
Eric is a member of the American Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Ohio Association for Justice, the Hamilton County Trial Lawyers Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Kentucky Association for Justice and he is a Barrister of the Potter Stewart American Inn of Court.
Eric was born in Columbus, Ohio.
He is married with three children.
