Michael is an associate with O’Connor, Acciani & Levy, having joined the firm in 2002. He practices primarily in the areas of Personal Injury and Consumer Rights.

Michael graduated from the State University of New York at Brockport (B.S.) in 1992 Cum Laude and from the University of Akron School of Law in 1996.

He was admitted to the State Bar of Ohio in 1997. He is also admitted to practice in United States District Court Southern District of Ohio.

Michael is a member the Ohio State Bar Association, Cincinnati Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Ohio Association for Justice, the Hamilton County Trial Lawyers Association, and he is a Barrister of the Potter Stewart American Inn of Court.  He also sits on the Miami Township Board of Zoning Appeals.

Michael was born in Rochester, New York and lives in Milford, Ohio with his wife and three children.
