Michael is a partner at O’Connor, Acciani & Levy, having created the firm in 1992. He practices in the area of Criminal Justice.

Michael graduated from the University of Tulane in 1977 (B.A.) and the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1979.

He was admitted to the State Bar of Ohio in 1979. Michael is admitted to practice in the Ohio Supreme Court and the United States District Court- Southern District of Ohio.

Michael was born in Denver, Colorado.
He is married with five children.
