24-Year-Old Dies In Single-Vehicle Wreck Wednesday Night

24-year-old Ryan Kendrick died in a single-vehicle wreck on Wednesday around 9 p.m. in Hanover Township. According to police reports, the Cincinnati car accident happened in the 2000 block of Ross Hanover Road. Kendrick was driving a 2002 Volkswagen Jetta eastbound when he lost control of his vehicle. The Jetta crossed the center line and veered off the left side of the road. The vehicle struck a utility pole and guardrail and came to rest in an embankment. Kendrick was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The case is still under investigation as authorities try to determine what made Kendrick suddenly lose control of his car. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, nearly 90 percent of Americans use their seatbelt each day. Although the number of people who use their seatbelt has continued to grow over the years, millions are still foregoing their safety belt. The personal injury attorneys in Cincinnati at O'Connor, Acciani & Levy would like to remind drivers to always use their seatbelt as it could save your life. We send our deepest condolences to the Kendrick family during this difficult time. If someone you love was wrongfully killed in a motor vehicle accident, we can help you get the justice you deserve.
