Kenton County Car Accident Kills One Injures Another

In a statement recently issued by Kenton County Dispatch, it has been announced that following a serious accident on I-75 near the 166 mile marker at Crittenden, a motorist has passed from injuries sustained in the collision, while another vehicle occupant has suffered incapacitating injuries and is being treated at UC Medical Center. According to sources, the incident took place on Sunday evening at approximately 5 p.m and resulted in the driver - 75 year old Mr. William Preacher - losing control of his 2006 Buick while traveling north on the interstate that resulted in the vehicle sliding out of the right side lane and exiting the roadway down an embankment. The vehicle came to rest after hitting a tree that severely damaged the driver side of the vehicle. The jaws of life were used on Mr. Preacher to extricate him from the wreckage, however he was later pronounced dead by the AirCare flight doctor due to the injuries he sustained in the collision. His passenger - 75 year old Judith Preacher - survived the accident with serious injuries. The investigation continues. Have you or someone that you love been injured in an auto accident?
