Joseph Robinson died on Saturday evening when an Arctic Cat Prowler ATV he was a passenger on crashed in Independence, Kentucky. Danielle Marsh was driving the ATV along a road leading to a home on the 12000 block of Riggs Road around 11:30 p.m. Two other people were passengers on the ATV despite the Prowler only being able to hold two people at a time. Marsh lost control of the ATV on the steep drive way, the vehicle slid sideways and rolled twice. Robinson was pronounced dead at the scene. Marsh and the other passenger sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to University of Cincinnati Hospital Medical Center. The Kenton County Police Department's Serious Traffic Accident Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate the crash.
