Teen In Critical Condition After Vehicle Slams Into USPS Truck

Terry Feagin III, 19, was the passenger of a vehicle that slammed into a United States Postal Service Truck in South Fairmount on Wednesday evening, sustaining a serious personal injury. Willie Monghan, 19, was headed north on Harrison Avenue in a 2006 Chevrolet Malibu when he crossed over the median near White Street and struck a postal truck being driven by Dennis Hughes. Monghan and his front seat passenger, Ricky Patterson, were not injured in the accident. Feagin was extricated from the vehicle and taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center where he was listed in critical, but stable condition. Law enforcement believes that speed was a factor in the crash.
