Three Vehicle Crash At Ohio 747 Results In Fatality

Details on a fatal three vehicle accident that occurred on Ohio 747 and Port Union Road on Thursday morning have detailed the passing of 62 year old motorist, Mr. Troy Stapelton after being hit by a motorist that ran a red light. According to West Chester Police, 32 year old Mr. Terrence Stader drove his Chevrolet Avalanche through the intersection after having just been involved in a hit and run accident moments earlier with Ms. Christy Martin of Hamilton, who was driving a Honda Civic. Upon arrival at the scene, first responders and firefighters removed Mr. Stapelton who was trapped in his Toyota Prius, but was later pronounced dead by medical staff at West Chester Hospital. While charges have yet to be filed, local Police believe that speed was a factor in the collision.
