As a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Rick is admitted to the State Bar of Ohio, the Washington State Bar, and the Kentucky State Bar. He has also been admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court. He is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association and a member of NOSSCR (The National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives).
